Customer Qualifications​

Universal Artswholesaler is a Distribution Center to the Custom Arts & Framing Industry. Customers must be in business to resell items and may be required to provide proof of legitimacy.​

How Do I Place An Order?

Orders may be placed by Email, Wechat, or Phone.

Shipping & Set up

Customers pay for all Shipping Charges.

Returns & Refunds

  • Call us within 5 days of shipment arrival if there is any discrepancy in your shipment. We will correct any errors immediately. 
  • Canceling custom cut product before product has been processed is acceptable, if cutting process has begun, we will bill for the full amount of product.
  • Items purchased in Customer Error will hold a 15% restocking fee.
  • Sale Items and Custom Cut product is not available for Return.​

Back Orders

Items may be back ordered at times, customer will be informed of back order before Shipment. Shipments will not be sent out until customer returns call, or gives prior notice to send it.​
